These terms cover this website — the pages at priipfold.com — and nothing else. Any agreement to use the platform is made separately and in writing, and nothing on this site forms part of it.
Who publishes this site
priipfold.com is published by PRIIPfold, in Stockholm, Sweden. The address for anything to do with these pages is hello@priipfold.com.
What is on these pages
The pages describe what PRIIPfold does, in general terms. They are informational. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, they are not advice — regulatory, legal, financial or otherwise — and they are not a specification of the platform.
Where a page summarises the PRIIPs Regulation or its regulatory technical standards, the regulation and the standards themselves are the authoritative text. A summary written for a web page is not a substitute for reading them, and nothing here relieves a manufacturer of its own obligations under them.
Accuracy and availability
The site is made available as it stands. We take care over what is written here, and we correct it when we find it wrong. Beyond that we give no warranty: not that a page is complete, not that it is current, and not that the site is uninterrupted or free of error. If something on a page matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
Intellectual property
The text, the layout, the mark and the wordmark on this site belong to PRIIPfold. Quote a sentence with attribution if it is useful to you — that is what the pages are for. Copying a page wholesale, or using the mark or the wordmark as your own, is not permitted.
The typefaces used here are open source. Each licence, with its copyright notice, is served alongside the font files it covers:
- Source Serif 4 — SIL Open Font License 1.1.
- IBM Plex Mono — SIL Open Font License 1.1.
- Public Sans — SIL Open Font License 1.1, with the modifications made to it dedicated to the public domain under CC0.
PRIIPs, the KID and the EPT are terms drawn from the regulation and from an industry template. They are used here in their ordinary sense and are claimed by no one on this site.
Using the site
Read it, print it, and send it to a colleague. What is not permitted is republishing the pages as your own, or automated collection at a rate that degrades the site for anyone else.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by Swedish law, and the Swedish courts have jurisdiction over them. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any right you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised. The date at the top says when that last happened, and the version published at the time you read the site is the one that applied to your reading of it.
